Yes, I own and ramrod The Deepening a website devoted to promoting fiction, its publishers, its editors, and its authors to reading public at large.

Do I actually “run” the site? Yes. And no. The site is designed to be a “churning point,” churning up interest in novels, short stories, their authors and publishers, and, as such, there’s a hierarchy of folks involved with that, from those who create the works to those who refine, polish, then produce those works. Then there’s the Reader. It is the reader’s perspective I most desire to cultivate, because the reader is the most important person in the world of literature…at least in my opinion. And, yes, of course I’d say that since I’m an avid fiction reader, mostly novels, I admit, but occasionally short stories, too. Please “my reader” and I’ll personally put your book into the site. Please another reader, and maybe they’ll sign up and post a review and promo it. Of course if they don’t like a book you wrote, well, they are welcome to post that review, as well. But you, the author, editor, or publisher, can also respond. That means you have to either post a comment on their review, or sign up and counter with your own article, editorial, or counterpoint. The perk for you is that you can promote yourself and your books, too, if you sign up.
